CANCELLATION POLICY

All new clientele must put down a $50 deposit, in order to book or schedule for any non-extensions services. The deposit becomes non-refundable after 24 hours All hair extensions appointments require 50% deposit, if you cancel within 24 hours, hair extensions deposits are charged a 30% restocking fee if you decide to cancel. If you don’t cancel within 24 hours the deposit becomes non-refundable. Any hair extensions appointments rescheduled in less than 72 hours prior to appointment or you will be charged 50% of the service booked down including your deposit. Please note that we do require 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations for non-extensions services. Any cancellation over the time requirements, or those who do not show up will be charged 100% of the service fee. Vogue Hair Studio requires that all clients agree to our cancellation policy.
